1. Delivery

    1. We deliver within the UK, USA and parts of Europe.  Please check our delivery timescales below for a list of European countries that we deliver to.  Delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.  If so, the shipping company will inform you of the costs.
    2.  Please note that customers ordering from Jersey will incur a goods and services customs tax when purchasing an order totally over £ 400 (including postage and packaging). It is not our responsibility to contact you about the costs or pay the costs. The shipping company will contact customers with any details. 

Please also note that in Europe, Switzerland and Portugal incur extra delivery costs, these are included in the cost during the order process.

    1. Items are dispatched by Royal Mail, Interlink or USPS. Please note that some items will require a signature on delivery.
    2. If your parcel does not arrive within the time limit provided, please try using any tracking details to locate your parcel with the shippers.  If you still need help, please contact us and we will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.
    3.  Please note that during exceptionally busy periods of the year, eg valentines, Christmas, there may be a delay in the dispatch of orders, so please check the site for and updates and be sure to order with enough time to spare, so that in the unlikely event of delay you will still have your order before you need it.
    4.  The company accepts no responsibility for non-delivery or late-delivery.
    5.  All delivery dates quoted are approximate and are subject to amendment without notice. 
    6. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage or expense whatsoever or howsoever arising from delay or failure to deliver.
    7. The normal methods of delivery are post and carriers.  The company reserves the right to amend these charges without notice at any time.

OUR DELIVERY TIMESCALES AND COSTS

UK DELIVERY

  1. Standard Royal Mail delivery - 2-5 working days - £ 3.95
  2. Next Day, Royal Mail delivery – next day – £ 5.95

Customers based in Jersey may be charged tax from Jersey Customs when their order is delivered. We are not responsible for these costs, and customers will be informed by the delivery company of any costs.
Delivery is based per order, not per item.  Customers will be charged the corresponding delivery charge for biggest item, all other items in basket are delivered free of charge.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

1. Royal Mail standard European delivery 2-5 days – 5.95 Euro
Any customers wishing to order more than two of any item, please contact our wholesale department - wholesale@terryturtlexxx.com - for alternative wholesale delivery charges.
Please note that some countries incur their own costs for delivery due to customs clearance:

  1. Switzerland – 48 Euro
  2. Portugal – 27 Euro

USA & CANADA DELIVERY

Standard flat rate delivery, 2-5 working days  $6.95

2 RETURNS

    1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will need to return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt.
    2. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or replacement on receipt.
    3. Some products are non-returnable, which will be marked next to them.
    4. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
    5.  It is the customer’s responsibility to examine the consignments of good upon arrival for correct quality, description , shortages plus any transit damage. 
    6. The company will not accept packing and carriage charges for customer returns
    7. Refunds will be made on receipt of the goods.

* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
* We will only refund delivery costs if the return is as a result of our error

RETURNS FROM RETAIL CUSTOMERS

Please note, our policy with returns for products bought from retailers is that you must first contact the retailer to resolve the problem. If after returning to the retailer, you cannot reach a full resolution, then email us giving us details of when and where you bought your product and what needs to be resolved.  We will then investigate into your query and issue replacements where necessary. We will not be able to provide a refund in these instances, as only the retailer where you bought your product can supply this.
